Refund policy

We do not accept returns on custom items at our facility.

The return address on packages is for shipping labels only, not for actual returns.

We offer reprints (not refunds) when we make mistakes. No exchanges are provided. 

Defective vs. Customer Error:

  • Defective items: We provide free reprints for damaged products, print issues, production errors, or lost packages.
  • Customer error: No reprints for wrong sizes or buyer's remorse since items are custom made-to-order.


To be eligible for a reprint, you will need to provide a photos of defective item or misprint. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
